Selection Process and Eligibility

1. Eligibility: 

   • Students enrolled in a university at the time of application and are still students at the end of the mobility (graduates are not eligible — it’s not you, it’s us!).

   • Valid course graduation certificate, obtained after passing all questionnaires (valid QR code)

   • Stages of the selection process

     • April 30, 2026 – deadline for finishing the course and submitting the required documents (i.e., CV and COVER LETTER).

     • May 6–8, 2026 – on-line interviews with selected students.

     • May 15, 2026 – announcement of final results and the 5 selected students.

2. Selection criteria

   • 30% results obtained in the online course,

   • 70% motivation for development in the field of BIM & Digital Twins, ability to work in a team, ability to represent the university/faculty in an international context
